Opportunity
Jonas is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join its Club Division’s, Private Club Network Team. This self-motivated professional will want to thrive in a fast paced, service oriented and results driven environment. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who will collaborate with colleagues in all areas of our business including software development, professional services, customer support, sales and finance to help ensure our Clients’ needs are being fulfilled.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director of Private Club Network, the core responsibilities of the position are to:
- Serve as primary Customer Support liaison between Clients and members of the Private Club Network
- Oversee and prioritize outstanding calls on the Private Club Network website and follow up to ensure the Clients’ requests are responded to in a timely manner.
- Assist in after sales processes by providing new clients all necessary information and guiding them towards going live with the service.
- Collaborate with other departments or offices as necessary to expedite resolutions
- Build and maintain positive long-term Client relationships.
- Initiate the billing sequence with the Finance Team post training & setup of a client
Job Qualifications
- Post-secondary education.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in high volume administration role.
- Hands on experience with the Club Industry an asset.
- Demonstrated relationship building expertise with strong communication skills able to establish and maintain long-term relationships with the Jonas Club Clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a self-managed manner, with exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management ability in order to meet deadlines.
- Professional, customer service mindset with a commitment to deliver exceptional quality of work.
- Highly proficient in MS Office.
