POSITION

Immediately, we are seeking an ambitious individual who will learn about our business and our product, as well as our clients’ businesses by filling the role of Implementation Specialist/Trainer for our Software Support Team in the Club Division to implement our software onsite and provide training to our clients.
Opportunity
Due to further expansion, we are seeking an experienced Implementation/Trainer to train and install our product at client sites across North America.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director, Customer Care, Club, the core responsibilities of the position are to:
- Install the Jonas Club software at Client sites, delivering quality results on-time
- Build and maintain Client relations
- Consult with clients and review their current work process to assess their needs
- Facilitate the preparation of any software customization specifications and follow up to ensure client acceptance
- Assist clients to create milestones while continuing to monitor project budgets
- Discuss requirements and explain functionality to both technical and non-technical individuals or groups
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in a professional services role with an understanding of the basic fundamentals of accounting
- Previous experience with the procedures and processes of the Club industry or other hospitality industries
- Jonas Experience
- Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be willing to travel
